Event Information
A friendly inter-university competition for autonomous service robots where students demonstrate how service and assistive robot technology they have developed can be used for future personal domestic applications. A set of challenges will be used to evaluate the robots’ abilities and performance in a realistic, non-standardized home environment setting. It is similar to the international RoboCup@home initiative, but this is the first time such a competition has been organized locally at a UK level.
